Robert D. “Bob” Crenshaw is president and founder of Crenshaw Williams Appraisal Company, which he established in December 1997. A resident of Jacksonville, FL since 1988, Mr. Crenshaw has over 36 years of appraisal experience.

Prior to establishing Crenshaw Williams Appraisal Company, Mr. Crenshaw owned and operated a Jacksonville branch office of Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith and Waller. Mr. Crenshaw was also a former Commercial Manager for Hollis, Wilson and Crenshaw; and a Senior Commercial Appraiser for Broom, Moody, Johnson & Grainger.

J. Mark Williams is a Vice President and Partner at Crenshaw Williams Appraisal Company. Mark is a State Certified General Appraiser in Florida and North Carolina, with over 25 years of commercial property appraisal experience. Williams is also an advanced MAI candidate with the Appraisal Institute. Mark joined Crenshaw Williams in 2000 and today helps manage a team of 15 State Certified and Registered Trainee Appraisers.
